In Colombia, EduardoBarreto was trained as a medical doctor, then went on to specialize in alternative medicine, studying homeopathy, acupuncture, and a variety of other modalities.

He worked for over fifteen years as a family physician, providing mainstream as well as alternative health care. In that time, he learned the importance of taking the time to see patients holistically (spirit, mind and body) and that a healthy lifestyle is fundamental in the prevention, treatment and recuperation from pain and illness.

In Winnipeg he attended to Wellington College and graduated as Remedial/Therapeutic Massage Therapy in 2018.

Eduardo Barreto is currently a full member of the Pan European Federation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Societies and a certified Natural Health Consultant. He is also member of Manitoba Homeopathic Association (MHA) and Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba (MTAM).

He finished 3 leves of Auriculotherapy and Auriculomedicine according Dr Paul Nogier’s method with Lise Couture (R Ac).

As well, he works with ACU-acupuncture Services Ltd., teaching Introductory and Advanced Certificate courses and workshops to healthcare professionals wanting to expand their skills and knowledge in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

His services as Therapeutic Massage Therapist and Homeopath are covered by health insurances.

In Winnipeg, attends patients at Nature Doctors, Manitoba's largest alternative medical clinic. He offers the following services:
